Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

You can sign in using:

  • Google Account
  • Apple Account (on iOS devices)
  • Email and Password

To create an account, you’ll need to provide your name and a valid phone number so we can contact you if needed.

  1. After logging in, you’ll land on the main screen.
  2. Tap on the “Where To” field to start a booking.
  3. On the next screen, choose your starting location and destination. You can:
    • Use your current location
    • Pick a point on the map
    • Search for a location

Once you’ve selected both locations:

  • You’ll return to the main screen to enter:
    • Number of passengers
    • Number of bags

⚠️ Note: If your starting point is a port or airport, you’ll be asked to enter your flight number or boat name. This helps us track arrivals and ensure we’re on time to pick you up.

Yes! After entering ride details, you can choose:

  • Book Now: A driver will be assigned and start heading to your pickup location immediately.
  • Schedule for Later: Your ride will be saved and assigned closer to the time. Driver details will appear when your ride approaches.

To view scheduled rides, tap the menu icon (top right of the main screen), then tap “Calendar.”

Once your ride is accepted and the time of your ride is approaching:

  • You’ll see the driver’s namephone numbervehicle plate, and photo
  • You can call the driver or send a WhatsApp message
  • You can also track the driver on the map as they approach your location

When the driver is at your pickup point, they’ll mark their arrival and you’ll receive a notification.

If you’ve booked a ride for now and need to cancel:

  • Call your driver directly and ask them to cancel the ride for you.

Tap the menu icon and go to your profile. You can update your:

  • Name
  • Phone number
If you need to make changes to a scheduled ride, you can simply go to your calendar and cancel the booking, provided it’s more than one hour from now. After canceling, you can schedule a new ride at your convenience.
 
If your ride is scheduled within the next hour, driver details will become available about 30 minutes before pickup. At that point, you can contact the driver directly to discuss any changes.

If you wish to delete your account, you can do so directly within the app by following these steps:

  1. Open the app.

  2. Tap the menu icon in the top right corner.

  3. Select the red “Delete Account” button at the bottom of the menu.

⚠️ Please note:
You can only delete your account if:

  • You do not have an active ride, and

  • You have not scheduled a ride within the next 24 hours at the time of deletion.

Once deleted, your account and associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
